Account Verification After Login At PlayZilla
After you sign in, PlayZilla can ask for verification to confirm identity, payment ownership, and address before allowing certain actions on the account.
Verification is required when you request your first withdrawal, change personal details (name, date of birth, or address), or trigger security checks such as repeated failed logins, a new device, or a new IP location.
PlayZilla also requests verification when a deposit method needs proof of ownership, when transaction patterns require review (for example, chargeback risk), or when the account reaches internal limits for cumulative deposits or withdrawals.
Most checks follow a simple flow: upload documents in the verification area, wait for review, then receive approval or a request to re-upload if images are unclear or details don’t match the account profile.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or driving licence; the document must be valid, show your full name and date of birth, and be readable in full (no cropped corners).
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and the same address as your PlayZilla profile.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the name visible; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name and the email or account ID; for bank transfers, a statement page showing the account holder and IBAN or account number.
- Source of funds (when requested): Payslip, tax return, bank statement showing salary payments, or sale/contract documents that match the funding level of deposits and withdrawals.
